Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major holidays. During busy periods, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Time

After your order has been processed, estimated delivery times are:

Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days
Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days, when available

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package size, weight, and shipping method selected.

If free shipping is offered on a particular product or promotion, the applicable offer will be displayed on the product page or at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after the package has been shipped.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply if the order needs to be reshipped.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Wonderood LLC is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier but are lost or stolen after delivery.

If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you and the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available for selected products. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.
